The Addison County Humane Society is hosting their Fifth Annual RUFF RIDE, a bicycle ride to benefit the animals on Sunday, June 24th from 10 am to 3 pm. The bicycle rides will start at 10 am Ski Haus of Vermont in Middlebury.

Their will be a Family ride (to the UVM Morgan Horse Farm with tour included) and an Adult ride (30 miles) with both rides beginning with registration and continental breakfast. The rides will finish at the Middlebury Green for a BBQ, music, prizes, and lots of fun.

The entrance fee for the ride is $25.00 per person and includes everything. Riders can raise money for ACHS through sponsorship and those riders who raise at least $50 will have the entrance fee waived and those who raise $75 will receive free commemorative pin. Even if you don’t ride, come out for the BBQ and fun at the Middlebury Green. Admission for non-riders is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12.

ACHS encourages everyone to come out for a great time and a great cause. Funds raised from the RUFF Ride will be used to meet the rising costs of caring for the animals.
